Several weeks ago I spent a rainy Sunday afternoon with my cousin taking her senior pictures. It's hard to believe that she is already old enough to be graduating. It wasn't very many years ago I was babysitting her. I had a blast hanging out with my cousins Tammie and daughter Brittney for the afternoon wading in grass, climbing over fences, asking strangers if we could use their barn, and going to the lake. I hard a hard time choosing which photos to post as there were so many good ones. Here are a few of my favorites.

Camping at Snowball
Last weekend we camped with Mike, Teresa, Ryan and Casey at a very quite secluded area in Snowball. We had a blast relaxing with not very many people around. For those who don't know, my favorite way to camp is in the middle of no where.
I chased this leaf floating down the river for quite a little ways trying to get just the right photo. As you can tell by the next picture something swam into my picture. (click on it to enlarge it. look in the right corner.) Yes, I am 99% sure it was a snake. I yanked when I saw it so the picture is not so good. Scott isn't so sure it was a snake but it made me decide I had taken enough pictures and put my camera away.

Lake of the Ozarks
We met up with Scott's Dad Ronnie at a resort on Lake of the Ozarks last weekend for our last trip of the summer. It's hard to believe summer is already over! Where did it go? Anyway, we had fun even though it rained both days were were there. (reason for not many pics) The resort was nice and cozy even though there were people and boats everywhere. We enjoyed tubing, riding jet skis, and eating healthy food.

Vacation Road Trip to Arizona
We made it back from our road trip to Arizona. We had a great time. To me it was one of our best vacations. I enjoyed all the stops along the way and seeing things I have never saw before.
Our first stop was the Petroglyphs. The first sign on our small hike was to watch for Rattle Snakes.

Our next stop was to the Continental Divide. Yes, I couldn't remember what it was so I had to google it before we left.
Then we stopped at the Petrified Forest. I could have spent days here looking around.
Painted Desert in the Petrified Forest National Park.
We then made it to Jerry's house and celebrated the 4th. After that we went looking around and ate at the really neat ice cream shop.
The next day we went to the Science Center. I really enjoyed the weather simulator.
The had an electronic/digital room which was so neat and Emma was on the Radio.
After all the fun. We had to take a day off and relax. The next day Wednesday was Breanna's 16th birthday and we celebrated with a girls day out. We went to shopping, to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch, and of course pedicures and manicures.
On Thursday we packed up and headed out for the Grand Canyon. On the way there we stopped at the Montezuma Castle.
We went by a real Ghost Town.
Took a scenic drive threw Sedona. If you ever go to Arizona I highly recommend this drive. It was absolutely beautiful.
