Resolutions are hard. . .

I had such high hopes with our new years resolutions. I wanted everyone, mainly Scott and I to feel better. It's funny; the things that I thought would be the hardest has been alot easier that the easy stuff should be. Smoking and beer drinking have been some what easy. The hard part has been eating less food. It is really hard for me to cut back from my extreamly large plate of spaghetti which is my favorite food. Drinking less pop was easy for the first several weeks but I have drifted back into my old rutt. Not only that but with the rotation of sickness in our house, homework, and school projects (yes we have been working on the second history project this nineweeks) we haven't felt like or had time to go to the gym. This is sad it is only February and we are already having trouble. Now that we are all healthy and the school project will be turned in on Monday, we are planning on starting back to the gym on Monday. It is so hard to schedule a hour a night for the gym when we don't get off work until 5 and the it closes at 9. I know with exercise, I was sleeping much better and actually feeling rested. Hopefully we will be able to get back on track and stay that way this time.

Breanna has been doing really good on being healthy. She is still not drinking any pop. Most of her snacks consists of healthy stuff like carrots, apples and peanut butter. I am so proud of her. I'm going to try and follow her example.
